The Bald Englishman is owned and operated by Kim Pyne; the name came easily due to the many requests by customers asking for "that bald Englishman"!

His creative team comprises Charmaine, Helen and Sharyn.

The salon was established in August 2009 and has fast gained a reputation for its friendly expert advice, specialising in cutting and colours at an affordable price.

The salon opened with a unique marketing strategy; for the first month of opening it offered a free haircut to all customers – with no catch!. Why?  Well, if you liked your free haircut they hoped you’d be back and recommend friends and family. The response was astounding.

The Bald Englishman is passionate about working with you to ensure that your hair reaches its best possible condition. This is done by taking time to explain how you can maintain and improve your look at home.  

We only promote L’Oreal’s Matrix products (No.1 in American Salons) as we truly believe that they give the best results at an affordable price.

Since the first of September 09 the Bald Englishman has averaged 16 NEW customers a week, all through personal recommendations.
